Submit a betta question / topic

 


There are a few guidelines, so please read this first: 

Your question must be short and sweet
Please no broad questions. Be specific and to the point
Please make sure your question makes sense, especially when describing a problem. If I do not understand your question, I cannot answer it.
Please no questions that are already covered in length on the website. (so do your homework and search the site before you submit a topic). 
Only one question/topic per submission please
Only one submission per week please
Once you are done filling this form, click the 'submit' only once please


When I get ready to do my column, I will pick a topic/question randomly, read and if it has not yet been covered, answer it. Bettatalk cannot guaranty your question will be picked. It is the luck of the draw. You are welcome to submit your question again if it doesn't get picked. Multiple submissions from the same person on the same week will all be deleted. Questions that could have easily been answered by checking the website first will not be selected. 

If you are in bad need of help and cannot afford to wait / want help for sure, then you should initiate a betta consultation (that's when I actually CALL YOU UP and talk to you in person to help you with your specific problem).

Remember, be short, precise and to the point

Helpful hints: I select questions by closing my eyes, shaking my mouse on the pad and then stopping it "wherever" on the page and clicking. I then open my eyes, and whichever email got highlighted when mouse stopped is the question I will answer. So there is no trick that will help yours get picked over anyone else's. No need to be first one to submit, or last one for that matter. One way to make it easier if you are submitting the same question every week: copy it and paste it in an email and send it to yourself. The next week, open your own email and copy the question again and paste it back in form below. Remember to also resend it to yourself or select it as "keep as new". Saves you some typing ;). Be persistent and don't get discouraged.
