Y E L L O W    S P O T T E D    M E L A N O S

This is a new variation to the black melano strain. This line produces black melanos that show yellow blotches on their fins and tail. Finnage is usually quite good, and most individuals show the yellow blotches. Some may have more yellow or less, all have black bodies (with some blue iridescence typical of all black melanos). Females so far appear to be fertile :). Genotypes may also be blue with gold blotches, or even blue with red. This line also throws some solid black melanos, and a few black melano butterflies.

This is an interesting new strain, suitable for breeders of all levels. These melanos having been crossed out, they are more sturdy and easier to handle than regular  black melanos.
